Whether it is a very short translation or a 90-minute movie, I never make any exceptions when it comes to quality. The services I provide follow three main principles:

I believe that the only person who is able to produce a completely fluent, natural and idiomatic translation is a native speaker, which is why I only translate into my mother tongue, French.

Likewise, I have an excellent knowledge of English, not only from a linguistic perspective but on the cultural level as well thanks to extended stays in English-speaking countries.  In this way, I can ensure that every cultural reference and subtle nuance in the source text is understood and transposed to the target text.

3.

Audiovisual translation calls for specialist knowledge. I only offer services in this area, in which I have studied or gained practical, professional experience. This, reinforced by the use of a specific subtitling software, ensures that my translations are accurate and coherent.
